How to add email to company assigned cell phones (Android)

  1. Open Gmail app on your phone
  2. Tap on the three horizontal lines in the top left hand corner
  3. Tap on the inverted triangle beside your email address
  4. Tap on Manage Accounts
  5. If your email shows up, tap on it. If not, skip to step 7
  6. Tap on Remove account and tap on Remove account within the pop up
  7. On the bottom of the screen, tap on the back button (Sideways triangle)
  8. Tap on Add account
  9. Tap on Exchange and Office 365
  10. Enter in your email address
  11. Tap Next
  12. At the next screen, enter in your password (same as the password used to log into Windows)
  13. Tap Next
  14. Tap OK when the Redirect request pops up
  15. Tap Next
  16. Tap OK when the Remote security administration pops up
  17. Scroll down and tap on “Activate this device admin app”
  18. Tap Next
  19. Your email account should now be set up
