How to Schedule a Conference Room on Display Panels

  1. In Office 365 Outlook, go to your Calendar and click New to schedule a meeting
  2. Click inside the box that says to specify a location or a room
  3. Click on Add room or Browse more rooms (depends on the version of Outlook 365 you are using)
  4. Find the conference room you would like to schedule and click on it to select it
  5. Specify the time you would like to reserve the conference room  and save
  6. The conference room is now reserved for the time you specified
