How to Schedule a Conference Room on Display Panels
- In Office 365 Outlook, go to your Calendar and click New to schedule a meeting
- Click inside the box that says to specify a location or a room
- Click on Add room or Browse more rooms (depends on the version of Outlook 365 you are using)
- Find the conference room you would like to schedule and click on it to select it
- Specify the time you would like to reserve the conference room and save
- The conference room is now reserved for the time you specified
